• How can I request extra patrols of my area or report suspicious activity?

  Give us a call at (205) 849-2811 and inform our dispatcher(s) of your concerns. Your concerns will be forwarded to available officers and for additional patrols.

• Where can I make a citizen complaint regarding an officer?

  In the event of a confidential internal affairs or citizen complaint, contact Sergeant Morrow at (205) 849-2811 or cmorrow@tarrantpd.com.

• Where can I pick up a police report?

  The Tarrant Police Department is open for retrieving police reports at any time. Please visit 2593 Commerce Circle, Tarrant, Alabama, 35217.

• Where was my vehicle towed?

  The Tarrant Police Department currently uses various tow companies including A-1 Towing (216 Dove Street), Weil Wrecker (3400 2nd Avenue South), and Absolute Towing & Hauling (725 Pine Hill Road); however, if your vehicle was impounded you will need to retrieve a vehicle release form from the Public Safety Building prior to arrival at the impound lot.
